Can the new chairs be upgraded with additional actuator(s)?

Hey Brandon, thanks for your question. Are you talking about a specific chair model? Technically, you can go up to 4 actuators for a single chair. However, you’ll probably need additional equipment. Let us know if you have more questions. Have a wonderful day!

Looking at the new Jaymar chairs. Looking at what it would take to upgrade them to 3-axis. I think they are a great value and am looking to help others enter into the D-Box world. :slight_smile:

Will users of the HEMC have to upgrade to the new HaptiSync Hub eventually?

Hey Anthony, the HEMC is 100% compatible with the new HaptiSync App so there is no need to updrade at this time.

Is it Possible to buy Spare Parts for the D-Box Hardware, for ex. new Cables for the actuators, they are almost to short for self building projects :slight_smile:

Also i need some Floor Caps, but i didnt find it here in DE :slight_smile: There are not al lot of good resellers here in DE from my point of view.

Question as a D-Box noob here. I have a Ryan Aerospace HeliMod Mk3 seat. How do I get the D-Box Game Center to recognize that VBS4 is loaded on my PC?

I am interested in getting D-BOX seats for my home theater buy my local dealer dropped D-BOX. Where is the nearest dealer to Redmond, WA, USA? I need to give my wife a couple of demos to get her to “buy in.”

I have a suggestion, not sure if it’s feasible. Would it be possible to earn D-BOX Plus points for the content we watch from our D-BOX Connect account? Pretty fun way to earn points if you ask me!

I’ve only had my chairs since March. Do D-Box actuators need occasional maintenance (greasing etc)?

Does D-BOX still sell the SRP-130/SRP-230/SRP-330?

I have the Jaymar chairs. Is it possible to add a third actuator to one of the chairs or would that require the removal of the existing 2 actuators in the chair and swap to a 3 actuator setup?

@jean.lanouette There is no maintenance recommended for the D-BOX systems.
